I love fringe, love pretty but cheap, and I love easy - put all those lovely things together and you have a beautiful wall decoration for your next party or event!
All you will need:
plastic table cloth (talk about cheap!)
scissors
Simply cut your table cloth lengthwise into fourths. The table cloths pictured were 48 inches by 109 inches. This gave me 4 strands measuring 12 inches by 109 inches. Fold each of the strands in half, lengthwise. Cut your fringe from the bottom and leave about an inch at the top.
This fringe is great to layer different colors together. Plastic table clothes come in almost every color, so it is easy to match almost any party theme or decoration. And don't worry about making one strand stretch across an entire room either. Simply end the strand with a little fringe dangling for an adorable finish.
