Don't be stuck using the printed favor bags you find at stores. I love geometric patterns matched with a rustic print. Recently, I am loving triangles patterns. This DIY will help you give a personal touch to each of your guests. This is my new go to for a fun, unique favor bag.
Acrylic paint of your choice
Craft foam
Glassine bags (I used the 2oz bags)
Glue stick
Washi tape (optional, but definitely a cute addition!)
First, cut the shape that you want to stamp out of the craft foam. Use the glue stick and glue the shape onto your stamp block. I like to use a glue stick because it comes off easily and doesn't ruin the stamp block. Next, roll out some acrylic paint to make an impromptu stamp pad. Stamp your foam stamp into the ink and then onto your bag! You can try and get your stamp perfect by adjusting how much paint you use, but I liked a rough pattern, so I left my bags as is.
Fill with candy or a favor of your choice and seal your bags with a little washi tape for some added color. Have fun and bring a little color to your next event!
