In my opinion, just about everything is better as a mini version. While you might like the scalloped fringe tissue garland from Tuesday; I am pretty sure you are going to adore this mini version that fits perfectly on a cake stand.
While this mini-me version of the garland might look like just a shrunk version, actually making the small garland is easier. First, punch out a bunch of 2 inch circles out of tissue paper. This helps if you have a 2 inch circle punch. If you don't, go buy one. I use mine more times a week than I can remember.
Next, fold one of the 2 inch circles in half and snip some fringe cuts with scissors. You are now finished with a 2 inch length of garland. Repeat with the next tissue circle.
Keep on folding and snipping until you have all the garland you want! As far as putting the garland on the cake stand, feel free to string it, glue it, tape it, or whatever other way you can think of to attach it onto your cake stand!

I totally agree with you, I LOVE mini versions of just about anything!!! So cute!
