Tampa

Have you ever thought of living somewhere where the sand is white and the sky and sea are blue? If so, then Randy Benderson suggests you may want to consider Tampa Bay. Not quite Sarasota and miles removed from Phoenix, Tampa Bay offers hundreds of different options when it comes to real estate investment. This ranges from a commercial real estate project to a huge residential complex. Either way, you don’t have to wait for a surprise news scoop to know Tampa Bay is interesting – it simply is the place to be.

If you head to the downtown area, you will be surrounded by activities for tourists. The authorities have recently invested heavily in the tourism industry, and particularly in relation to its sporting community. At the same time, there are lots of commercial activities as well, including restaurants, shopping centers, and bars. The real estate market is strong and thriving, therefore.

Then, there is the Westshore area, which is in between Tampa International Airport and the downtown area. Anyone who has visited this area immediately sees how much potential this part of the country has. However, the reality is also that, due to the proximity to Legends Field and the Raymond James Stadium, real estate prices here are pretty high. So much so, in fact, that people require quite significant funds to get their foot in the door. However, at the same time, those that do have those funds can make a very good investment here.

Benderson is also particularly keen on South Tempa. This is a bubble of activity, with lots of watersports, recreational activities, and cultural festivals on a regular basis. This is a great spot for those who want to invest in a commercial property such as a restaurant or a part of a shopping mall.

Finally, there is North Tampa, where the Hillsborough River State Park can be found. This 16,000 acre park is a conservation area for thousands of animals and plants. Young people love coming here to relax and to learn, as it is also home to the University of South Florida. Needless to say, there are many events held here as well. This is the perfect area for a relaxing vacation and, therefore, to invest in a holiday home.

Tampa Bay, with some exceptions, is a surprisingly affordable area in terms of real estate. Because it is also so desirable, it has recently start to attract the attention of many real estate professionals, including the likes of Randy Benderson. The market is becoming more competitive, but because there has been so much growth in commercial activities and tourism, demand continues to be very high as well. Interestingly, it seems to be existing businesses that are coming up with new ideas for property development. As a result, investors have the security of knowing that anything they work will also be in demand. It is almost impossible to get as much security as that in the world of real estate investing.
